FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is your turnaround time? For photos shoots: 5-7 business days, for videos: 7-12 business days, for wedding photos: 15-17 business days. Turnaround times are estimates and can vary depending on our current client volume.
Where is your studio? Our studio is located in the Bridgeport neighborhood near Ashland Ave. For the safety of staff, clients, and partners, full info is shared upon booking.
Do you provide props and/or balloons for photo shoots?: Yes and no. Props provided by us can be purchased as an add-on to your shoot. If we do not have it, you may be required to pay an additional fee for purchasing props especially if they are priced beyond a certain limit. We only provide non-helium balloons that can be used to play/throw or to be positioned for decoration. A party supply store is conveniently located near the studio location to purchase helium-based balloons from.
How do I pay for (or book) my shoot or event services?: www.classicsynergymedia.net/book-now - the best way to book to provide your contact info, shoot/event needs, and other pertinent info. This process ensures that we have all the info needed to provide the best service(s) possible.
Do I get to pick the photos I want edited from my shoot? Yes, within 48-72 hours after your shoot, you will receive an emailed link with proofs to select from to be edited. Full instructions on selection will be provided. Editing (and turnaround time for edit completion) is counted AFTER the selection of the photos. Once you have finished selecting your photos, we will automatically receive that list.
Do I own rights to the photos? You own the rights to the photos that are edited and released to you for sharing and/or mass production.
Can I purchase prints from my shoot?: Yes, the online gallery provided to you with your photos includes our full print shop, where you can purchase prints of different sizes (including canvases) and finishes. Only EDITED (non-watermarked) photos will be approved for purchase.
What if I want more photos edited than what is standardly provided?: Additional photos can be purchased at $10/per photo and it MUST be paid prior to the completion of those additional edits being started/completed.
Do you have an in-house hairstylist/makeup artist? No. We have service partners that are able to provide those services - we can happily refer them to you if it is needed.
Do you allow pets in your studio? Yes, however we do ask that pets be groomed prior to the shoot to minimize shedding/dander exposure to staff that may become medically triggering.
EXPECTATIONS
We will treat you with the utmost respect in all ways possible.
We will ask for consent to reposition/pose you, adjust hair/clothing, record behind the scenes (BTS) footage for social media purposes, request consent to post photos or videos from your shoot/event.
We will escort you from your vehicle to the exact shooting location (our studio or a rented space).
We will recommend rescheduling if you plan to be 30 mins to 1 hr. late to your booked shoot.
We will receive text (and necessary calls) regarding your appointment with us.
We will inform you if conditions of the space/location are unsuitable for the type of event/project you are looking to utilize us for.
We will use fair/honest judgement in efforts to produce the highest quality of a product.
We will complete our work within the guidelines as much as humanly possible and contact you in the event of a delay.
We will grant you the opportunity to see photos as they are being taken using our tethered method in studio shoots.
We will NOT stay and wait outside of locations beyond 5-10 mins where we are booked as it poses a safety/security risk to staff and/or equipment.
We will edit photos/videos in a way that is as realistic as possible (unless requested) that provides a suitable/pleasing esthetic to you and your target audience.
LIMITATIONS
We will not advise and/or place our clients or ourselves in positions that create a health and/or safety risk.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen possessions during an event or shoot
Will not continue working an event past the time noted in reservation. Additional time must be paid for prior to the conclusion of our booked time.
BACKGROUNDS, PROPS, AND ACCESSORIES
BACKGROUNDS
For your convenience, we have a general inventory of backgrounds that may be suitable for your event/shoot. Unless you are intending for a monochromatic (same color everything) look, we recommend a color that will allow you and your outfit to pop from the background. For set design looks, curtains can be used. White is not included as it will be challenging to see on this site - it is available for use and can be selected when booking.
PROPS
For your convenience and event needs, we currently have prop options that you may be interested in for your event. We also have seasonal props such as artificial leaves for fall, artificial snowballs for winter, and artificial poinsettias for the Christmas season.

ACCESSORIES
Accessories can be exactly what’s needed to help complete a look. Don’t exactly have that item, we have a great variety of items including jewelry, sunglasses, pasties, belts, gloves, and more
FABRICS
Fabrics can add color, texture, movement, and dimension to your shoot. Whether being wrapped in it or used as a part of the background, it'll definitely help you make a statement.
STUDIO FURNITURE
In addition to traditional studio posing boxes, platforms, and stairs, we have a variety of furniture options that can be used for your shoot.
OUTDOOR SHOOT NEEDS
Considering an outdoor shoot and concerned about the need to change outfits? We provide a portable changing station that ensures privacy in places where a suitable facility isn’t available.
